Horrible fuyez cet endroit ce n'est pas un 4* . Même pas un 2* .Déjà on a voulu nous mettre dans une annexe de l'hôtel . chambre minuscule propreté plus que douteuse rideaux déchirés.Il a fallu insister pour rester sur l'hôtel principal pour autant de médiocrité.De plus tout le personnel parle un très mauvais anglais . Personne ne dit bonjour ou bonsoir à la réception.Cest vraiment un endroit qui mérite une meilleure gestion et un personnel professionnel. À plus de 1000€ la semaine c'est vraiment une honte.ca m'a gâché une partie de mon voyage b

Hôtel quatre étoiles qui en vaut deux voire trois. Changement de chambre à deux reprises: la première déjà occupée, la deuxième si on peut appeler ça une chambre de mois de 9m2 difficile à deux et sans rideaux occultant, la troisième bien mieux mais sans fioriture. Il a fallu aller réclamer une autre chambre sinon on serait resté dans la deuxième tout notre séjour!!!inadmissible pour soit disant un hôtel de ce type. Au total rapport qualité prix pas du tout au rdv En terme de qualité des chambres mais très bien situé à côté de la gare de Paddington.

Cet hôtel ne vaut pas son prix. Il est impensable de payer 300 euros une chambre «  club » en tee de chaussé du bâtiment en face de la rue….. avec la chaufferie comme bruit de fond….. après réclamation nous changeons de chambre et nous nous retrouvons au sous sol du bâtiment principal dans une chambre humide où les serviettes de bains ne sèchent pas avec une fenêtre qui donne sur rien puisque nous sommes au sous sol…. Bref expérience lamentable, surtout n’allez pas dans cet hôtel.

Hotel parfaitement bien situé. Petit plus pour le service de bagagerie et l'aide pour monter les valises ( il n'y a pas d'ascenseur). Chambre propre et calme, seul defaut la chambre est vraiment petite, tres peu de place pour circuler cependant celle ci ne servant que pour se reposer cela ne nous a pas derangé. Personnel agreable.

Personnel très accueillant Soucis de chambre non prête le personnel nous a offert le petit déjeuner en compensation Chambre bien équipé mais un peu trop petite (chambre 140), accès au lit que sur un côté l’autre étant le long de la vitre. Peu isolé. Sinon très bien situé, propre Mais il semble que les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et pas de trace de tris ou d’écogeste.

Joli comme hôtel mais bruyant. Les occupants de la chambre au-dessus de nous nous ont gardé réveillé jusqu'à 3h30am. Pas leur faute, manque d'insonorisation. Je suis 60 , on m'a donné une chambre non accessible par ascenseur. Personne ne s'est offert à porter mes bagages au 2e, pourtant il y avait toujours un valet pour porter les bagages d'autres clients jusqu'à l'ascenseur. J'arrête ici

Essayez de trouver un autre hôtel..
La façade de l'hôtel et le hall de réception sont très propres, accueillants, le personnel charmant. Lors de notre arrivée nous devions avoir 2 chambres, elles étaient dans 2 bâtiments différents distants d'environ 100 mètres alors que nous voyageons en famille.. Finalement nous obtenons 2 chambres dans le bâtiment principal mais d'une distance et d'une complexité telle que nous préférons nous donner rendez-vous dans le hall avec notre fils. Les chambres font 6 à 8 m2, impossible de faire le tour du lit, les menuiseries partent en morceaux (travaux en cours), la moquette est d'une propreté douteuse ...

Hotel is fine for the price. Only issue we had was the staff. We arrived late and ordered food to be delivered and requested a plate and knife and fork and apparently this is impossible. A hotel which serves breakfast which can’t provide some cutlery is just ridiculous.

Close to the tube station that could get you anywhere in the city. Staff was friendly. The rooms were small but were just for sleeping so it was not a big deal. It was walkable to many restaurants. Felt very safe.

Stayed in Room B01, You need to clean under the Bed, its horrendous...the Room was Tiny, no way that is a Deluxe Room, and the Bed is so uncomfortable, and all we could here where Doors Banging in the Basement, as you where in and out of Cupboards...The Breakfast, looked like it had been there Hours, hence we went for Toast, but your Bread was still Frozen....ask reception for extra Milk on Saturday night, they never had any...overall not good, and would not stay again..

The location near Paddington and restaurants was great. The staff was also excellent. Unfortunately the room in the annex of this was hotel was inferior to lodging in the main building. We found many things did not work properly. Could not get hot water in the shower on occasion.

Upon arrival we were told that there were no rooms available due to damage resulting from rain. The hotel had made arrangements for us at another hotel and would provide transportation. After approximately forty-five minutes the promised transport had not arrived. I had asked the hotel staff several times what the status was on our transport and was told it was just down the street. I had also overheard other potential guests told their rooms were not available but for various reasons. We had never received any correspondence from the hotel or Expedia as to the situation at the hotel. Front desk staff were totally lost.

VERY disappointed. Check in staff lady was slow, not competent & should not be in customer service. She lied to my colleague traveling with saying his room was not in the basement when in fact it was. I was handed 2 blank key cards that were scratched & filthy dirty. Disgusting. If you happen to stay in the same closet I did (room 139) it will take you at least 15 min going up & down small stairways to realize there is NOT one sign leading you to this room. Signage in each hall ranges from 105-108, 105-121, 122-128, 129-138, 142-145. I had to walk all the way back & be escorted & he acted like this happens all the time. The room was extremely small with a single bed. Bed was fine. Very low quality everything here. Shower was a nightmare. You can't turn water on without getting it everywhere all over the floor. I weigh 120 pounds & if you were much bigger you wouldn't fit. Sink wouldn't drain after brushing my teeth & stayed fulll for hours. Shampoo in shower but no conditioner. Each time I went into lobby I overheard people complaining. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
