"We stayed at the Royalton Splash May 22 - May 26 and had an overall wonderful time. The food was good we ate at Rio, The Cave and Zen and had the buffet for breakfast. "We had a really good time. We liked that it was quiet but wish there was a few more shows and things to do before turning in for the night. They do have a couple 24 hour bars. The butlers were absolutely amazing but we had to wait quite a while at several restaurants for servers to come over to greet us and give us some water. They did try to “upgrade” our room to a bungalow and did not tell us. We had booked a private pool room and that is the room we wanted to stay in. They did fix the error....

"If you have children this is the place for you! The swim up bar closed a little early in my opinion but other than that it was nice. The food was good and if you needed something restocked in your mini bar in your room they were very fast. Room service was great! "

"Great property friendly staff with beautiful landscape. Staff went above and beyond with anything we asked for and always have a smile and never heard the word NO well we were there. Nice beach always open palapa to get chairs. We swam with turtles in front of the property everyday as well as seeing plenty of fish. Worth getting the preferred club. Room was clean and updated with great amendments. Had plenty of food options and portions were good. We have stayed at dozens of adults only...
